- 4 slice toast
- 226.79 g ground beef
- salt
- pepper
- mustard
- 4 slice cheese, mild
directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Butter toast lightly.
- Season ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Give ground beef on toast.
- Smear mustard on ground beef.
- Cover with cheese.
- Bake uncovered for about 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
