Reviews

  1. This was really delicious and flavorful. I was intrigued by the combination of ingredients, and they blend together so perfectly. The aroma in the house while this was cooking was fantastic. I simmered the beef for about an hour before adding the sweet potatoes, which I cooked for another 30 minutes. I did end up adding salt, and I think I could reduce the water next time. I will be making this again. Thanks for posting this. Made for Everyday's a Holiday Tag Game.

Tweaks

  1. Reduce the 4 cups of water and use water & canned coconut milk. Consider adding coconut milk powder to alleviate the wateryness of the stew. It should be thicker and creamier, but still spicey.
