  1. Heat cooker, add fat and brown meant.
  2. Add onions, pepper, salt and 1/2 water.
  3. Add the remainder and cover.
  4. Allow steam and then add weight indicator.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turn off and let cool.
