I forgot to review this but it has become our go-to steak seasoning. It gives steaks great flavor without overpowering the flavor of the meat.
Mixed up half a batch of this seasoning last night while I waited for my steak to come to room temp before grilling. Massaged it onto the meat, both sides, then grilled to medium. Served sliced with grilled potatoes, corn and sauteed mushrooms. T-E-R-R-I-F-I-C! DH and I normally dredge our steaks in sauce, but this one needed no such sauce to be tasty! Thanks for posting!
Simple easy spice mix that gives a super flavor to the steak- nice color too from the paprika. I only mixed up 1/3 of rhe recipe but I am sorry because I will be doing this again. Perfect for BBQing. Use this seasoning on ground turkey and you will never be able to tell it isn't ground beef. I add a little parsley and basil which only further enhances the flavor when making red sauces.
Super Yummy! I cut back on the salt because we use kosher meat (naturally salty). Only change I made was throwing it all in a spice grinder to turn it into a fine powder.

There's no words that can describe how thankful and happy I am you've shared this so simple seasoning recipe and yet so amazing! My husband is pretty picky when it comes to "beef dinners" and since I've tried it on steakes and he loved it I used it olso on ribs.YUM!
