Yummy satay with vinegar sauce. Used 1 beef rib eye steak and sliced thinly for 2 servings. The thinly sliced beef slices were marinated for couple hours in my own marinade before threading. It's the sauce that's a star here. Did not have green pepper and subbed asparagus. I cooked the skewers indoors using panini grill. Made for Asian forum's unrated Asian recipe tag. Wow! How did this go so long without a review? Absolutely delicious! My photo doesn't do it justice (I like my beef well done) The sauce is bright, with complex complimentary flavors. I could eat my shoe with this sauce on it! Thanks Derf!
