• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 0.25 cup

ingredients

• 118.32 ml salt
• 29.58 ml black pepper
• 29.58 ml instant coffee
• 14.79 ml garlic salt
• 14.79 ml celery salt
• 14.79 ml onion salt

directions

1. Mix all ingredients well and store in a sealed container.
2. rub on beef roast before putting in oven.

I tried this recipe for our christmas dinner. I have never been a cook per say but since I found this site I've been trying recipes. I was looking for something different. Didn't have the coffee, but the rest of the spices sure make a delicious roast! This is far superior flavor to our traditional onion soup mix seasoning for the roasts. Thanks for another great recipe, Grandma2969!
