It is tasty--everyone likes it. It came from my mother-in-law. We have it with mash potatoes.
- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 2 stalks celery, cut in half inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut into 8 pieces
- 2 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1⁄3 cup minute tapioca
- 1 tablespoon salt and pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- Add all ingredients in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 300°F for three hours.
