  1. This has such lovely fresh flavours. Simple and fuss free to make also.

  2. So delicious yet extremely easy to make. All the spices blended so well together and gave off a very pleasant aroma while simming. I served mine over rice, garnished with fresh cilandro. Such a treat after a long hard day.

  3. Simple and good. I used 28 ounces of stewed tomatoes just to make it stretch a bit more for the 5 of us. The last 45 minutes of cooking I took of the lid to help reduce some of the liquids.

  4. Dana~This was so easy and quick to make! The wonderful aroma while cooking m-m-m-m! I did add some sweet red peppers and onion. I served it over rice and every drop of it went! (Darn! I was hoping for left-overs!) Thanks for another great recipe!

  5. I made this dish for our DANATHON weekend. Couldn't have been easier to fix...especially, in an electric skillet. Flavors melded together nicely...served over buttered noodles. Excellent recipe, Dana. Thank you for sharing. LC
