This turned out great! I didn't have the onion soup mix so I used brown gravy & real onions in both the gravy & mixed into the patties. Was very easy to put together. The meat was moist & the flavor was good. I served with mashed potatos, green beans & corn bread.
Absolutely delicious. I used Homemade Dry Onion Soup Mix for the onion soup mix, and potato water saved from making mashed potatoes instead of the water. Served with Microwave Mashed Potatoes, frozen peas, buttered carrots, green salad and dinner rolls to sop up the gravy. Dessert was Apple Crisp. I am going to make the patties again and turn them into hot hamburger sandwiches served with French fries and cole slaw. Filed in my favorite recipes binder. Thanks for posting.
Yummy...I made this last night for us, served it on hamburger buns that I browned the insides on a griddle (like a grilled cheese sandwich). The leftover patty today was also very good, heated up in the oven. The only substitution I made was to use panko as that was the only breadcrumbs I had. Thanks for a great standby-quick and easy!
This was delicious. Didn't have much in the kitchen and this worked great. I used rice instead of bread crumbs and added steak seasoning and served with pasta and it was awesome. My kids are super picky eaters and they loved it ?
Delicious and easy recipe. Only change is I make my own dry onion soup mix. Packaged is too salty for my taste.
This was a really good recipe. I didn't measure the amount of ground beef I used and I think it was more than the recipe called for, still turned out great. I got 10 smallish patties out of it. Cooked in two batches. Served on buttermilk biscuits with carrot soup on the side...mmm. Will make again for sure.
This was amazing!!! I had never made meat patties with gravy and this recipe was super easy to follow!! Everything turned out great and my husband loved it!
Quick, easy, and delicious!
This recipe is CRAZY good! When a dish is SO flavorful and SO simple it is definitely a keeper!

The only thing I did differently was use the copycat Liptons onion soup mix recipe from this site because I am highly sensitive to salt. (salt = "hangover").

I served this with rice and asparagus. I know my husband likes a meal when he waggles his fork at me while he's eating and there was a LOT of waggling going on!

The only thing I will do differently the next time is double or triple the recipe in order to freeze some.

Kudos for a great recipe and thank you for posting it.
Made.this for dinner tonight and we all loved it. The only change I made was to make 6 patties instead of 4. Thanks for a easy and tasty recipe.
