These are cheesy beef patties with mushrooms in gravy.I have been making them for years. This is one I created myself. We all love it.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine all ingredients in order given except mushrooms and mushroom soup.
  2. Shape into patties and place in the bottom of a casserole dish,spread with mushroom soup.
  3. Add a layer of mushrooms,another layer of patties then mushrooms keep layering ending with mushrooms on top.
  4. Pour the reserved mushroom liquid all over the top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.

It was a quick and easy recipe that my family liked. Next time I make it I will add a soup can of milk to the mushroom soup and mix it before I pour it into the dish. It might have just been mine, but the gravy all disappeared when it was done cooking.

This recipe was a huge hit for dinner !! My Husband and I really enjoyed the patties. The bottom of the patties had baked in crusty cheese. Delicious ! I made as stated omitted the mushrooms though. And baking for 1 hour was just right. Thank you for the recipe.

This was pretty good. I only made one layer and about 5 large patties. Next time I will make the patties smaller. I added a cup of milk to the soup (cream of mushroom with roasted garlic) before pouring it over the patties. I just sprinkled the mushrooms on top of the patties. Would make again. Thanks.
