- 340.19 g extra lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 159.46 g box Betty Crocker's hamburger helper, beef pasta flavor
- 1419.54 ml fat-free chicken broth
- 2.46 ml basil leaves, dried (or more)
- 0.61 ml pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 118.29 ml frozen peas
- 113.39 g mushrooms, sliced
- 7.39 ml fresh parsley, chopped
directions
- In a 4-quart soup pan cook beef and onion, over medium heat, until beef is brown; drain.
- Stir in sauce mix from chicken broth, Hamburger Helper, basil, pepper, and garlic.
- Heat to boiling, reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir in past, peas and mushrooms.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve.
