Italian Market and Grill
- 3 ounces beef, cut into pieces (tenderloin is best)
- 3 ounces portabella mushrooms
- 2 ounces roma tomatoes
- 1 ounce green onion
- 3 ounces mushrooms
- 6 ounces pasta
- salt & pepper
- 1 ounce oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- Saute beef in oil till desired doneness.
- Add mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes and garlic, saute till mushrooms are soft.
- Add sauce and cooked pasta, heat another minute or two, then serve.
