LOVED IT! Made it with chicken, didn't have beef broth on hand so I used chicken broth but otherwise followed the recipe. Marinated it for about 4 hours then grilled. Everyone loved it, even my now picky 5 year old didn't mind the "green stuff" (cilantro) on it and gobbled it up. Was cut with a fork tender and very flavorful! New go-to marinade in our house! Pretty tastey. I just added a bit of mesquite flavored Liquid Smoke for that great Tex-Mex grilled flavor. I wouldn't bother with that if I were going to grill the meat, but in the skillet, it helped with the illusion.
