Me and my husband did not like this dish at all. I think it probably would have tasted better without the green pepper but it gave it a weird and not so great flavor. Might try again without the pepper and see if it is any better.

This was just okay for us, not a lot of flavour. It had a "sweet" taste to it which sounds odd to say. I agree with Breezermom, it did remind me of sloppy joes too. The family voted and we averaged 3 *. It was certainly easy enough to prepare. If I was to make it again, I would add garlic and maybe substitute the tomato soup for spaghetti/tomato sauce as that is where I think the sweetness came from. Thanks for posting.

Quick and Easy to make, which is a plus on a week night after work! Pretty healthy too using the low fat cream cheese and if you choose whole wheat noodles. This tasted like a sloppy joe over noodles. I did use fresh sliced baby portabello mushrooms instead of canned. Made for Holiday tag!

Easy and delicious! Made this for dinner this evening with only tiny modifications for diabetic hubby. Whole wheat noodles, fat free cream cheese, heart healthy tomato soup. I don't think it altered the flavor, we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks!

Fast, easy, inexpensive and filling - a great quick, crowd-pleasing meal! I made as directed, omitting the green pepper as I didn't have any and couldn't make it through the snow to the store. Good stuff! Made for PRMR Tag Game!

I made this for dinner tonight, and both my boyfriend and I thought it was delicious. We used celery instead of mushrooms, which gave the beef mixture a nice taste. I also added a little tabasco for some heat, but I think next time I will add garlic. Still, this was delicious!

Easy and tasty. I made this as written, using reduced sodium tomato soup. I also used the optional fresh parsley for garnish. Delicious! Thanx for sharing your recipe.
