Quick and Easy Casserole
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 6 ounces yolk-free egg noodles (half a bag)
- 10 3⁄4 ounces 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- 10 3⁄4 ounces 98% fat free condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 (11 ounce) can white shoepeg corn
- 1⁄4 cup 1% low-fat milk (more or less depending on how creamy you like it)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
- Cook egg noodles according to packaged directions and drain.
- Combine in a casserole dish with all other ingredients.
