ingredients
- 946.36 ml thinly sliced onions
- 44.37 ml butter or 44.37 ml margarine
- 14.79 ml Kitchen Bouquet (or use 3 Tbs soy sauce)
- 226.79 g ground beef
- 29.58 ml flour
- 4.92 ml celery salt
- 2.46 ml pepper (I use more)
- 2.46 ml garlic powder (I use more)
- 946.36 ml beef broth or 946.36 ml beef bouillon
- parmesan cheese
directions
- Cook onions in large saucepan over low heat in butter 30 minutes or more stirring occasionally.
- Add Kitchen Bouquet and beef.
- Stir to break up meat, cover and cook 15 minutes.
- Stir in flour and seasonings.
- Add beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
