Great! Super easy too since I prepped everything early. I agree with other reviewers that it could use more heat, but this was perfect for us with a toddler. We doctored up our own portions. I think hominy would be good instead of corn too. Definitely goes into our "favorites"! Thanks!

This was great! Alot of ingredients, but well worth it. Next time I'll use a hot salsa. For our taste it needed a little more kick! Thanks for sharing.

Very, very tasty & worth more than 5 stars!! I did tweak a little to accomodate what was in my pantry/freezer. No corn so I used drained & rinsed black beans. Subbed chopped fresh jalapeno for the bell pepper. I used hot salsa & thought it still needed a bit more heat. The cooking time is way over estimated. It took me 45 minutes from start to finish. Convection baking time was only 12 min at 400º & 8 min. at 350º. I've kissed a lot of frogs looking for a good tamale pie recipe & I've finally found a Prince! And with chocolate & cinnamon! Life is good! Thanks for posting this keeper!

Deliciously different! I might up the amount of heat next time. Served it with sour cream and guacamole.
