  1. Cook bacon.
  2. Cook liver and onions in bacon fat.
  3. Add mushrooms and bouillion.
  4. reduce heat and cover.
  5. Simmer 20 minutes Mix 3 tablespoons of water and flour.
  6. Add.
  7. Stir in sour cream and bacon.
  8. Serve.

tried this recipe with lamb's liver & because i left liver in saucepan througout it went tough. the sauce was devine though & would definately try this with another meat like beef or chicken again. thanks
