  • 3 lbs beef liver
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 2 large onions (sliced)
  • 2 large potatoes (Cubed)
  • salt & pepper

directions

  • Brown liver in a tablespoon of oil.
  • Add sliced onions potaoes and soup.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover ansd steam for 30 - 45 minutes.
