Beef Liver and Rice Stir-Fry

inexpensive recipe that uses everyday ingredients. came from Campbell soup com. many years ago

Directions

  1. cut beef liver in long strips length wise.
  2. this can be done when meat is partly frozen for easier handling.
  3. brown liver in the butter with above spices.
  4. add the soup and water.
  5. simmer on low heat on stove top for 20 minutes.
  6. serve over cooked rice of your choice.
