Beef Kabobs

"This is one of our favorites to cook outside on the grill. Just add some rice pilaf or a baked potato to complete this meal. Preparation time includes time or marinating."

  1. Wonderful recipe. I actually added this marinade to cheap stew meat and left the marinade set in the bag for 2 days. The meat was super tender, I also added Shrimp and mushrooms. The only other change was not garlic cloves but minced garlic. The family has requested this several times. The rice was a wonderful addition.

  2. Really great! Blew my regular Kabob recipe away. Added zucchini and squash.

  3. Awesome!! The first time my husband and I made Beef kabobs and these were wonderful. I also added squash, zucchini, and pinapples. The marinade is tasty!

  4. Loooooved these. So flavorful. The best kabobs we've ever had at home. Will definately make these again.

  5. Wow, this marinade was awesome. The only mistake I made was using Chuck cubes instead of Sirloin. They were a little chewy. The marinade was probably the best I have had in a long time. I've already added Sirloin to my weekend shopping list. I did cut the recipe in half, but I still used 4 cloves of garlic. Thank you Susie for a great recipe and definitely a keeper.
