  • pre heat oven to 180 c.
  • seal the meat in a little oil whilst browning the onions,.
  • then add the flour and stir untill all the juices are soaked up.
  • add the ale stirring all the time than add crushed garlic thyme and bayleaf.
  • transfer to a casserole dish with a tight fitting lid and ook for 2 1/2 hours.
  • DO NOT remove the lid whilst cooking.

I love cooking Greek and Italian food, and have a thing at the moment for cooking anything involving chillies.
