Beef Goulash

Quick beef goulash, serve with toast. I used to make this by the bucket when my brother and I had our bachelor pad. It's quick, easy and tastes good.

Super easy way to cook goulash! My family really enjoyed the flavor and I really appreciated the quick preparation. I did end up using 28 ozs of tomato sauce and thought that was the perfect amount. I also omitted the corn this time around. I will keep this recipe as an option for my busy weeknights. Thanks! Made for Fall Pick A Chef in the contests and events forum.

  1. Cook pasta as directed and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef (use ½ beef and ½ sausage for a spicier flavor) and drain excess fat.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes to let flavors come together.
  4. Serve hot with toast.
