We all thought this was good. And it was quick to put together.Only thing I heard from everyone is that it needed some kind of sauce.

This recipe was wonderful and everyone raved about it. It would be a great dish for a mob of hungry teenagers or a sleep over. It was filling and delicious!

This was very good and easy. I doubled the recipe to feed my hungry guys. The only suggestions I have would to pour a little salsa on the bottom of the pan before placing the enchiladas. These stuck to the pan. I think I would also use about half the velvetta as this was a bit runny for me. But they tasted wonderful. I used my homemade salsa. This will be a keeper in my house. Thanks for the great recipe. :)
