I've given this recipe 5 stars because it serves as a good base, but we did feel that it begged for something to spice it up a bit. Don't get me wrong - it's tasty as is, we just felt that it needed 'something' more. I will definitely make it again and will try adding some Ro-Tel, crushed red pepper flakes, or diced green chilis. Wasn't sure this was going to taste great, but turned out fabulous! I think it needs more sour cream and tomato sauce, but otherwise it tasted great and was very filling!

It's not bad, but nothng fabulous. My husband thought it tasted like Hamburger Helper. I added extra garlic and fresh basil. Seemed like too much sour cream.

I wasn't quite sure about the mixture of sour cream and tomato sauce, but it worked well! Used a few different shredded cheeses that I had in the fridge. Yum!

This recipe called for all the ingredients I had, so I tried it and I'm glad we did! I made a few small changes; I used garlic powder instead of garlic salt, used a 15oz can of tomato sauce instead of 8oz, and used grated cheddar cheese instead of slices. I will be adding this one to my rotation and have shared it with my friends & family.

Delicious! My favorite part of this recipe is that you can use up anything you've got in the fridge. I threw in a couple of different kinds of cheese, and the other half of the can of tomato sauce. You could even turn this into a Mexican casserole by using taco cheese and salsa. Thanks!
