  1. Dredge meat in seasoned flour.
  2. Brown in oil- 6 minutes.
  3. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes.
  5. Add gravy.
  6. Add basil.
  7. Cook over low heat for 50 minutes.
  8. Add claret.
  9. Serve over hot rice.

Made for PAC Spring 2007. Delicious! The mushrooms of choice were portabellos and regular button. I did alter the cooking instructions a bit though. I had some time on my hands, so I prepared the recipe as stated, but put it in the oven for approx. 2 1/2 hrs. at 350 degrees. Came out wonderfully tender and rich tasting. :)
