- 2 (453.59 g) package cream cheese
- 29.58 ml mayonnaise
- 29.58 ml horseradish
- 3 green onions, minced (tops included)
- 70.87 g package dried beef, chopped
directions
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, green onions, and half of the dried beef.
- Shape into a ball and roll in the remaining beef.
- Serve with crackers (your choice).
