- 907.18 g stewing beef, cubed
- 2.46 ml garlic salt
- 1.23 ml garlic powder
- 1.23 ml black pepper
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small heads of cabbage or 1 large cabbage
- 2 (793.78 g) can diced tomatoes
- 1182.95 ml water
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 beef bones with marrow
directions
- 1. In a large soup pot, brown beef.
- 2. Add all other ingredients except parsley.
- 3. Bring to a boil.
- 4. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 4 hours.
- 5. Serve hot with warm bread.
