This recipe came from the Beef Council of Oregon.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup catsup
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shape into patties.
- Cook over medium skillet until done.
- Watch carefully because these burn easily.
Great burgers - the mustard was a nice addition. Left the salt out, otherwise made them as listed.
