Excellent beef marinade. Use to prepare beef to be grilled, BBQ or fondue.
- 1⁄4 cup dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped finely white part only
