Beef Barbecue

"My grandmother's recipe, and a family favorite! If the roast you use is a big one, double all the other ingredients except for the onion and the salt (otherwise it will be to dry). We eat it as a sandwich, with cole slaw on top. For the roast, it should be cooked before you start this process. I cook mine in the crock pot for 6 hours on low."

  • Chuck roast should already be cooked. I cook mine in the crock pot on low for 6 hours and then pull apart with two forks, discarding fat.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix together all ingredients, and place in a casserole dish.
  • Cook, uncovered, for one hour on 350°F.
  • Stir and enjoy!
