ingredients
- 1 medium chuck roast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 onion, chopped medium
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup water
directions
- Chuck roast should already be cooked. I cook mine in the crock pot on low for 6 hours and then pull apart with two forks, discarding fat.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together all ingredients, and place in a casserole dish.
- Cook, uncovered, for one hour on 350°F.
- Stir and enjoy!
