This was a nice healthy soup, my family liked it fine, but despite all the seasonings it just didn't have a distinct flavor profile. It was agreed that there were just too many ingredients (not including spices and herbs) to give this soup an identity or something for them to remember it for in the future. It was easy to prepare and since I didn't reduce the recipe, I have two large FoodSaver bags of leftovers that we put in the freezer for another night when we need a quick, nutritious dinner. :) Thanks for sharing, Diane!   1. Cook ground beef with diced onion, garlic, one teaspoon of salt and pepper. When cooked through, add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn to low and simmer for one hour or until all vegetables are tender.
