Beef and Veal With Parsley, Swiss Style

- 1⁄2 lb stewing beef
- 1⁄2 lb stewing veal
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1⁄4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1⁄2 lb noodles, cooked
directions
- Cut meat in small pieces. Brown in hot skillet.
- Add onions. Cook two or three minutes.
- Add flour and seasonings. Mix thoroughly.
- Add bouillon cube and water.
- Cover and simmer over low heat for about one hour.
- Add parsley to meat. Serve on hot noodles.
