  1. This one was VERY EASY TO FIX IN A HURRY! I served this over rice. I will garnish it with a can of mandarin oranges the next time. Draining then dividing the can over the top and side of each serving. This will not only add wonderful color but a extra treat to the taste buds.

  2. Very good and easy as a last minute, what do I make tonight meal. I didn't have enough regular mushrooms, so cubed up a portabello that I had and added some balsamic vinegar for some flair and it was YUMMY!! I served this over egg noodles and the kids and husband thought it was great!

  3. Very good, didn't have any mushrooms or green pepper (day before grocery shopping) and still turned out great.

  4. A very easy dish with a lot of flavor. We had this with mashed potatoes. Thank you!

I love to cook. Since I quit smoking I have gained weight thus I am into low-fat recipes. The most important thing that I have learned is that if it is low-fat and has no taste why would you eat it. My goal is to have a cookbook filled with wonderful tasting recipes which are low-fat.
