A quick stir fry.

  1. Cut beef into 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Marinade beef in oyster sauce for 3 hours (or overnight).
  3. Heat oil in a wok until just starting to smoke.
  4. Stir fry beef for 2 minutes.
  5. Add ginger, garlic, and vegetables. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Add water and steam until vegetables are tender crisp.
