I always wondered how they made this in the Chinese Restaurants, so I looked around on the internet and found a recipe.

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef strips; saute 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add in broccoli.
  4. Combine Gravy Mix, water and black pepper. Pour over beef mixture. Stir and bring to a boil.
  5. Cover and simmer 5-8 minutes or until broccoli is tender.


Most Helpful

This is really delicious and quick. I added a carrot, an onion and a can of mushrooms to add extra veggies, but that is all I did differently.
