Bee Man Mango Smoothie

"While we vacationed in Nevis, West Indies, DD tried several flavors of fresh fruit smoothies. This mango drink was one of her favorites. The local honey there was supplied by "the bee man". Who else?"

ingredients

• 1 mango, quartered, pitted, and peeled
• 3⁄4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
• 1⁄3 cup orange juice
• 1 teaspoon lime juice, fresh squeezed
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 2 ice cubes

directions

1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients until thick and smooth.
2. While the honey does not have to be Nevis, it is a great honey to use.
3. While in Nevis be sure to purchase some Nevis Honey from the “Bee Man”.
