    Directions:

    1. 1
      On a lightly floured surface roll each pastry sheet into a 12 by 10 inch Rectangles.
    2. 2
      Put a salmon filet in the center of each pastry.
    3. 3
      Beat together egg and water.
    4. 4
      lightly brush over pastry edges.
    5. 5
      Bring opposite corners of pastry over each filet pinching seams to seal slightly.
    6. 6
      brush with remaining egg mixture.
    7. 7
      Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    8. 8
      Mix everything else in a bowl and serve with Bundles.
