Beaumont Inn Cookies

"125th Anniversary of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. This looked good. There are sure a lot of good cooks up Minnesota way."

• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 large egg
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 1⁄2 cups flour
• sugar

directions

1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
3. Sprinkle with sugar.
4. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.

These were such an easy cookie to prepare, and my son especially enjoyed them. I'd definately make these again anytime :)
