I have made this for years, and it is always a hit! I love the flavor of the Beau Monde seasoning... Thanks for the reminder Mary. It's time to make it again!

I love this dip - great with raw veges. Just be sure to use real Beau Monde seasoning and not the Beau Monde "clone" recipes on this site. Some of them are truly strange - ingredients like nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and allspice - and not just in trace quantities!! Don't say I didn't warn you!! But this dip is wonderful and has been a favorite of mine for many years. The dill weed is an important ingredient, so don't skip that. I usually throw in a little parsley too - for color.

I love this dip and prefer it to any other vege dips. I grew up on this and love Beau Monde. We have moved quite a bit and some areas don't have the Beau Monde Seasoning so I usually stock up when I am in a place that does have it.
