I have never had Swiss Chalet chicken to compare, but this version is absolutely delicious! I cannot find the Cup a Soup here anymore, so with Pink's permission, I used 2 tsp. of tomato paste, with great results. I used my outdoor rotisserie. Great flavor and meat was very moist. (I used my injector and injected some of the marinade into the bird just before cooking). I also subbed onion powder for the onion salt.

Best rotisserie chicken recipe I have found, and I cook a lot, every time I make this recipe can never find Lipton tomato soup, so I use a can of cambels tomato soup.. But next time will try like others the tomato paste.. I think the tomato paste may be to bitter.. But who knows.. I love this recipe, Thanks !!!

This was so great on my rotisserie chicken, since I had a larger chicken I doubled amounts couldn't find tomato soup mix so I used dried tomato spice that I purchase in my bulk spice store, I omitted the allspice I may give it a try next time, I love this mix and will use it again, thank you for sharing Pinkie!
