This is a basic recipe I came up with for asian soup. You can have it as is for vegetarian soup or throw in leftover pork or chicken. You can also change the kind of veggies used to what you prefer.

  1. Bring to a boil the first 7 ingredients, turn heat down and simmer until veggies are almost done.
  2. If using meat, toss in now.
  3. Add onion and bok choy.
  4. Keep simmering until all veggies are cooked.
  5. Add soy sauce and veg oil.
