Beans and Rice

"This is a very simple but fiber full recipe with lots of taste! I use black beans and brown rice to make it, but you could also use different beans and white rice, if you want."

I am originally from Barcelona, Spain, and currently live in Lakeville, Minnesota. I have been in the US since 1987, and I love the USA! I love cooking, and have been doing it since my wife got pregnant and had to stay laid down for most of her pregnancy several years ago. I love trying new recipes, both American and Spanish, especially blending both cultures.
