  1. Spray large saucepan with cooking spray; heat until hot. Sauté carrot, onion and garlic until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in broth, tomatoes, and liquid, pureed beans and herbs.
  3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, covered, until carrots are tender, about 10 minutes.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
