- 1 lb 96% lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 15 1⁄4 ounces kidney beans, canned
- 15 ounces white beans, canned
- 16 ounces pinto beans, canned
- 15 1⁄4 ounces corn, canned
- 10 ounces tomatoes and green chilies, canned
- 14 1⁄2 ounces stewed tomatoes, canned
- 1 1⁄4 ounces taco seasoning mix
- 1 ounce ranch dip mix
directions
- Saute ground beef and onion, drain. Add remaining ingredients (do not drain any cans). Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Top with sour cream, tortilla chips and grated cheese.
