This recipe has been in Hubby's family for years.. it took me a long time to try it, but it's actually really good.

  1. Brown ground beef and sausage, drain.
  2. Remove and discard bit of"pork" from pork and beans, add beans, ketchup, mustard,and chili powder.
  3. Stir.
  4. Simmer over low/medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve over bread, 2 slices per serving.
