This is from a vegan website. I have been meaning to try it but haven't yet. I also quick soak the beans, but you can do the long soak or 2 cans of beans. Prep time includes quick soaking the beans.
- Soak beans and then add to a bowl.
- Then mix in the salsa and green onions.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
