Directions

  1. In a saucepot over high heat, bring 2 quarts salted water to a boil.
  2. Add beans and cook 4 minutes; drain.
  3. In a skillet over high heat, cook olive oil 30 seconds.
  4. Add shallots and radishes and cook 2 minutes.
  5. Add beans, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and basil; cook 1 minute.
  6. Arrange vegetables on serving platter.
  7. Sprinkle with Asiago cheese.
