Nice tasty soup, I added half a chopped onion when browning the zucchini, used a 400 gram can of tomatoes and a cup of spiral pasta (didnt have shells) I used 4 cups of chicken stock in place of the canned broth. Thanks for sharing.

  1. Heat oil in saucepan.
  2. Add zucchini and garlic powder.
  3. Cook until tender-crisp.
  4. Add broth, water, parsley flakes, tomatoes, and celery.
  5. Heat to a boil.
  6. Stir in pasta.
  7. Reduce heat to medium.
  8. Cook 10 min.
  9. ,stirring occasionally.
  10. Add beans and heat through.
