    Bean and Olive Salad

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

    Prep Time: 10 mins

    Total Time: 1 1/4 hr

    1. 1 Drain and rinse chick peas and kidney beans. Drain as much juice as you can out of the green chiles. Place all in a bowl with the drained black olives. Add chopped onions and carrots. Toss everything together.
    2. 2 Mix all dressing ingredients in small bowl or container. pour over salad and stir through.
    3. 3 Chill for at least an hour.
    4. 4 Cooking time listed is chill time.
